The Inspector

My name is Wayne Czybora and I perform all of the inspections for Bonafide Home Inspections. I have been performing home inspections since I started this company in 1994. I have previous experience in home construction and I am one of the few home inspectors that has previous experience (7 years) in pest control. I have retained my pest license and with the extensive experience I have in this field, I know exactly what to look for when it comes to insect damage. Insects can cause extensive damage to houses which translates into costly repairs. Every home inspection I perform is carried out in an honest, thorough, and conscientious manner. I don’t know any other way.

Another important point I would like to make is that I am relatively young and physically fit. That tells you that I can get into the tighter places during a home inspection (and believe me I do) like attics and crawl spaces. What good is knowledge if an inspector cannot access some of the most crucial areas of a house (bet you never thought about that!). For example: inspectors are not required to enter attics if there is no flooring. I do not have a problem balancing on the floor joists to gain access to the entire attic (providing it is accessible in the first place), as long as I can do it safely. When searching for a home inspector, ask him if he enters attics with no flooring.

My primary objective is to provide you with as much information as possible in order for you to make a sound, confident home-buying decision. I have extremely high expectations of myself and I have never failed to live up to them. If you allow me to perform your home inspection, you will see what I mean!
